Happy this is moving now following other investments like ITM, CWS and ilika so I will just leave them to progress.

I am looking for new investments now that are at a similar stage to where AFC were a few months back - Any suggestions

Can anybody explain the position now if trading is suspended.

Clearly the shares are worth more than the offer on the table so surely shareholders cannot be prevented from selling there shares and maybe forced to settle for the offer on the table ...........

A 10% drop yesterday and another 10% drop today ............. Seems a bit stiff

There has been good news this week as people have posted.

However the share price moved up considerably before the RNS then drops after the RNS ??

This does not sit right with me

The offer is far to low, of course the board advise to accept as they stand to receive millions.

Are the shareholders required to vote on this ? If so we can vote it down as we have little to gain if it goes through

I think Codemasters has progressed really well for a young company following Team 17, Sumo, Keywords and Frontier etc all doing well for shareholders. This sector is still growing so don't see the need to be bought out at this stage. Is a good deal for shareholders ? No I would say

They have released good news lately, there is a RNS out today

Lots of large sells now. any ideas anyone

Have a small holding in Tekmar for a couple of years now but don't get too much news on them. Apparently they have signed 4 new contracts so far this year but don't know the value of that. Anyone with strong views on the future

Why are Keyword taking a bit of a dip today if the market and results are good for them

The TM17 share price has done fantastically well during this difficult time but has stalled recently for some reason. Any idea why Jefferies have downgraded them with the SP losing 10% in the last week. I have no concerns regarding its future just thought somebody might be able to offer some reasons on the latest movementsTony

It wasn't only for that reason. They don't want companies to be out of business and unemployment to rise. That fits SM situation and we can only wonder if there was a no vote to AA would we qualify for a slice. History now will never know

Government just announced a further 330 Billion available to ALL sized companies at very competitive rates. I know its aimed at the virus but I wonder ……………...
