DeFI Dev Corp ( NASDAQ:DFDV) has severed its ties with Defi Dev Corp UK ( LSE:DFDV ) as part of this announcement. They are two separate companies. You're talking about the US company which has nothing to do with our DFDV in UK, especially as the Credit facility has been cancelled.

41.67m outstanding warrants

Actually there's a RNS from Dec 2025 that there are 43m outstanding warrants , so ignore my message. I know very little about DFDV just did some analysis on what might have caused the rise and I don't get it. Not clear t me so I'm avoiding but well done to those who invested this morning .

When certain conditions are met the investors will be able to exercise 2.3 bn pre paid warrants at 12p . That's a huge dilution . This seems to be a spike due to illiquid shares in circulation currently.
