If
Of you were to contract a train on the turn to remove coal, don't you think you'd need a stockpile to avoid paying waiting time?
It really isn't rocket science.
Seller can't be complying with TR1 notifications, the supply of shares to market seems limitless, the only logical explanation is that its London oil and Gas holding, it shouldn't be, but with the volume here you'd have thought anyone else had exited long ago.
Probably wrong, but something is definitely off about share supply to the market.
Big fat spike on the boil CPR today, think the smarter investors there will cash out, with some of those funds finding there way here.
Fàg packet
MBU need more than half 7.5m so go back to ya *** packet.
What you don't get is the incestuous, relationship between mbu capital and bens creek, not just a cornerstone investor relationship, Bens creek will be paying a dividend as MBU need the funds to pay off the second tranche secured against ben shares, it'll happen, bet your house on it imho, listen don't listen makes no difference to me, those that listened recently made money on way down, nows the time to make on way up.

Our turn soon, you have to love the read across.
Met coal vol B up 1.69% in china, last price given, now 300 usd a ton, where China goes on commodities the rest of the world follows.
It's a frigging disaster PW going, and in 15 minutes all you Turkeys who voted for xmas will find out, you've bullied the guy out of post some of you, disgusting behaviour
Penstock, I also bought the MBU capital stock, obviously I sought reassurance that MBU capital wouldn't be selling more in the immediate future before i placed my order that's how I know about the orderly market clause.
Not surprised we are going up, apparently a 50% scale back for the HNWI, so no real surprise a 250k order on the books as someone mentioned.
Now imho is not the time for selling, ive bet the farm here, ride your winners, and even better, start thinking of dividends.
OK, so here's the rub,
*For those of you worried about MBU capital selling more on the open market, don't be, they are subject to an orderly market clause, so won't be selling open market. (So don't expect another TR1)
* Perhaps some of you don't know, but AW used to work for MBU capital, obviously they still have a very good working relationship, and the bit about being informed,in the RNS we'll that's just poetic licence. (Knew all along) buy hey nice that the company has such a good working relationship with its cornerstone investor I'd say!
So why did MBU sell? As I'm sure your aware MBU borrowed funds from bluestar capital, (2 tranches I believe) and with the first falling due, MBU rather then repay from their funds, or more importantly let bluestar have the Ben shares (which MBU put up as collateral )to dump on the open market they sold to HNW investors.
So what about the second tranche, personally, I believe the second tranche is satisfied from Ben dividends payments as they fall due next year, but again the orderly market clause applies anyhow.
Personally I think the market had wind of this deal a long time ago, with MM using their privileged naked short facilities, Ben flies now imho, and I've grabbed a big chunk. As ever dyor and GLA.
Sorry couldn't post earlier, hopefully my post adds some clarity.
Think it is hereshopin, just someone at lombard needs to realise, still that's why I didn't mind doubling up.
Not the news hoped for but, siezed the day and doubled up at 5p, did say I'm buying.
Here's the thing though, the bad news has already largely been priced in, you honestly think we see 4p or something on bad news? An mcap roughly half the amount of cash in the bank!
Imho iog here, is almost a free roll of the dice.
You do you, and I'll do me, I'm buying!
The filter used would be an infra red filter, perhaps our poster is implying magnification,
however, if you look at the bow like structure in the smaller flame frame, (best reference point) you'll see that the structure is slightly smaller, implying that actually the new satellite image is even more impressive, as for the flare, basic physics is the biggest determinating factor, more gas equates to a bigger flame, and there is actually a correlation between flame size and flow rates, but that would require a reservoir engineer, to accurately estimate.
Anyway, satellites fly North to South over the poles, so as you can imagine, coverage over higher latitudes is better, as they have less surface area of the geoid (planet earth) to focus on as they bunch up, sure we see more imagery soon. GLA
Are you an expert in Remote sensing sp armada?
Remember iog releasing a going concern RNS years ago, many got shaken out, then miraculously funding found, lots got shaken out, myself included, won't be panicking, the oil is there, lots of companies don't produce with bigger mcap, panr for example.
