Yes exactly Chad, the problem as far as I'm concerned here is the CEO Marsden, the film industry in general as far as I can see is both incestuous and rife with nepotism, indeed speaking to a head boy of a lighting company ( sparks )who managed to break into the industry, he said he was often asked the question "who was your father" point being the CEO doesn't have the industry background and contacts required here to win contracts on favourable terms.
That however, isn't the only issue I'm told, many key staff have jumped ship and gone to work for the competition Translux, thus handing the competition valuable inside knowledge, I've also been told the CEO has offered the phrase to staff of, " if you don't like it go and work for Tesco" ADF is going nowhere with that attitude from the top imho.
The above coupled with ADF now having to effectively buy their work, so the rumours go.
To retain the witcher production from going to, You've guessed it " Translux" they had to undercut them by £250k , with staff on the production being told no move day payments as a result, again this probably results in staff retention issues.
From an observation the base crew and drivers of the technical vehicles are ADF's shop window, you can usually find them around London filming parked up, local councils will tell you where because of parking restrictions usually in place, take some time out and chat to a few is my advice to any investors potential and current.
ADF in summary is a buy imho when the CEO is ousted, I don't believe that'll be long, as if I can find out the issues, I'm sure sunbelt and other shareholders are aware also, if Marsden doesn't fall on his sword soon, I wouldn't be surprised to see a requisition of the board soon for his removal.
All imho of course.
