Well just sold a load of Canadian stock at 2.15 cad a few free ones over here tomorrow.
As for not buying RMs Tobin, your call, but I just drew a six figure profit from the share over the last few weeks, and re loaded today. More Txp:)

Compare price being paid to our current mcap!!!!

So quite a few here, sharing their thoughts on valuations of Txp using different methods of valuation, brokers notes etc.
Personally my favourite is to find a company with similar established production, and compare to guidance given by Paul Bray, (20-30k boped) or even better a trade sale for a similar amount of production, the more recent the better.
The trade sale I’ve come up with is therefore, the most recent analogous example I’ve been able to come up with.
And although I believe our play to be far superior, it lays down a marker for me personally, and demonstrates significant Share price upside ,which imho can be believed.
*note the 23k boped
* exploration upside
* less desirable as offshore
* no third party paying for tie in infrastructure
* last but not least not the price.
* The only caveat I’d introduce is the deal didn’t complete.

Bought 4m also there at a penny iceman, You no doubt cost me a few quid competing for the buys iceman, mine were 2m clips, if we do see something silly tomorrow like .5 I’ll buy another 10m anyway not panicking, you can’t have a company with £60m of turnover, and a market cap of £16m! I don’t know but I’d imagine the placing has been underwritten so it’ll definitely get away, although this election tomorrow might present a hiccup, as much as anything I’ve participated, to support the company, and knowing how loyal everyone here is I’m sure you all get that.
The placing puts a floor here under the share price, I’m definitely looking at it as a positive step, we were never going to climb whilst the placing was hanging over us.

I hold 500k spawny and I’m happy with the price, obviously the people taking the raise have to be as well, (I’m sure they are) my main concern is that hopefully future investors have been vetted and there won’t be to much flipping of stock, obviously if you’ve read the rns, you’ll see stock can’t be sold in Canada for 4 months.
As such I’ve been buying stock in Canada and selling here in anticipation of the placing, as last time a 3p Arb existed at one point, but you couldn’t transfer stock.
I don’t intend to completely miss out this time, and as such have just bought some more stock in Canada at $1.66 seems a decent price to me.

My broker is pello, seem to get market access to most fundraises, btw those Canadian types always seem to know before us, might be worth converting where they close.

Chucked my hat in the ring for 100k in the book build, can’t post the price it’s getting done at (did ask) but I’ll say this, it’s a price existing holders won’t be to disappointed with imho, pretty fair I’d say.

I doff my cap to the MM with a rile smile, as they close out their shorts as cheap as possible! They’ve shaken out several investors here, that in the not to distant future will be in the pub drunk telling tales if only I’d held those shares.

Trinidad government want flow rates from chinook before they finalise NGC contract hence push

Millions saved on a much reduced seismic programme, and afterall we’re doing just fine with seismic data we have.

Down hole pressures at chinook and cascadura the same(at the corresponding point where the drill bit got in herras sands before pulling out) hence comment about possibly connected: afterall no new seismic data so can only really be based on drill data.

Drill rig is hot, working well with no problems, so schedule should hold.

Get to drill one of the other 24 targets, all very exciting.

Paul Bray, if your going to raise get on and do it, your obviously much better at oil and gas issues than market mechanics, you’ve forced me into trading some of my Txp shares tomorrow now. Grrrr
