Nige Hi, Bit of frustration talking yesterday as I just can not believe after all the hope we all had here that we have dropped day by day, week by week and now 150.95. This time last year we were 207.95 that's a 28% fall even with our new CEO. I was expecting 225 by now but that's not on the cards at this point in time. ATM I just can not see any light at the end of the tunnel and I must admit I would be a bit silly to throw in the towel at a loss, so I will take your advise and sit back. As you say and it makes sense to hold and be patient. Time for a cuppa, ATB Tom :-)))

Grahame hi, Bit of a frustrated outburst from me yesterday sorry, but I remember not so long ago many were saying we will not see 190 again and here we are at 186 that's what I meant as what a joke. How have we fallen to these levels. The first 3 months of the year are normally good for Builders but not this year. That's why I am a bit fed up at the moment. I have a lot of cash tied in and can not trade even as my average is above the latest SP and ATM I am showing a loss, like many others I would say. Sitting on the fence is not the way to go and I would like to be able to do a little day trading here and there but all my shares ATM are down. So excuse my rant and lets hope for better days. Nige Hi, Totally agree, what a waste of time ATM I can not be bothered here now, maybe they will get their Arse in gear !!!! And I am sure that may take another YEAR or so. It would seem that many one here make the same decision , we are all getting sick and tired of waiting. I give up as this is not good. The Sp is well out of order and everyone seems to sitting on the fence and doing Nothing. We should be 210+ at least and we are at 185. WHAT a joke. ?????????????????????????? I rest my case and well P /O.

NW Good morning, I see and understand what you mean but this is more like "lucky dip! as the shareholders have no clue who or what they are. After all it is our cash they are dealing with and if it is being protected for some reason I do not believe they have the right to hold back very important information like this especially if it goes tits up and we all lose a fortune. I may be totally wrong and I will go with the flow if this is a commercially sensitive matter. So you think they might be waiting for a leak of this before they come clean ?? In my opinion I find it very strange that the name has not been leaked since the agreement was signed as this must have been going on for Months behind the scenes. Cheers and thanks for your reply. It has now been over a month since the announcement of a Partner. Can anyone hazard a guess why it has still not been made public who the partner is and why is it still has not been released ? Maybe a silly question to some but I for one would like some news on who it is as the shareholders have the right to know. !!!!! Thanks

Not made any money ?????? On the 7th Feb the SP was 23.65 it practically doubled to 44.35 just over a week later, so I am afraid you are incorrect on that one. Regards to cranks and dreamers!! why are you reading this board and giving it the time of day? which are you the crank or the dreamer.

I just do not understand the non movement of this SP today in respect to the amount of shares in circulation. This seems to be flat lining at 38 all day with little or no movement apart from a sell and buy or two. I know its not the case but it seems to reflect a trading suspension in ways !!!!!!!!!! Is this my imagination as I have never seen this before in 30 years of trading. Could it be that most have lost confidence and lost the urge to buy or sell and are just sitting on the fence waiting for something to happen. I have looked on HL and this is the deals show all day with broker ratings of Strong Buy ??
