Grahame Hi, I did not get my first one bedroom flat until I was 27 as I did an apprenticeship and did not come out of my time until nearly 22 years old,. I was earning a lot less than the minimum wage but still got on the property ladder so I agree that those who really want a place must be able to afford at least what I started of with, a one bedroom flat and be pleased with the start. TR Hi, Yes I think you could be right. Tell the truth I am frustrated over on ITV with the no movement thing. We seen to get to a level then stagnate for months so if I could see a rise over there I would sell without hesitation and buy more TW. TW have been good for me over the years and I have no complaints here, also we have a great board with good people, there are some that drag the board down now and again but they really do not count and most of them are ignored. TR what I meant was if they fell to that price say tomorrow or next week when ITV are still around 164. I doubt it will fall as low as that too.

Johnson Hi, If they fell that low at 182 I would sell all of ITV and buy more here, that's a great price to buy at IMO. Its a shame we have to wait 6 weeks for TW divi pay day. ATB Tom :-))

Your post did make me laugh as you point out that I used the term Idiot earlier and you have just done the same thing ( yup your right he is an idiot judging by his posts ) so you cant really blame me for using the same word as you. Farmer comes on here every now and again after he has been out in the fields comes on here wet and miserable then lays into others, water of a ducks back as they say. TR Hi, I take it that your post 09:24 was directed at me. My post 09:16 was not directed or mentioned you at all and you know the few that I refer too. By the way its not as you say "everyone"?? Where did you see the word Plonkers, if I have used that word its far better than the words I could have used and others have . I have said to you many times I respect and welcome everyone opinion and I use the words IMO many times as you have criticised and pointed out in the past, so why you have taken a defence mode is not called for neither are the words Double Standards as I hold none.
