Just had a look at my post count and did not realise I was nearly at the 10k mark. I will take a close eye on that as my fingers tips are wearing out lol.

Thanks for giving me the heads up re GGP. I only invested £2.5k but that's a start and lets hope they find loads of Gold !!!!! I think they have found copper too.

GM Hi,

With all the speculation and good posts I bought in yesterday at 1.99 and a bit surprised with the drop today to 1.775. ? Now 1.88.

I hope it will get back to over 2.00 as I do not understand the fall with all the good confidence shown. !!!!!

Got in at 0.0199 so that's a good start for me with 125,235 GGP shares.

Got a bit of a sore head too as I bumped into some old friends and had a few beers.

Got a quick 25% rung at 170.90 ish, so well pleaded with that. Its a shame that we have dropped back to the stagnation rate of around 172 but it suits me ATM. Still waiting for my 168 lol.

Did you sell any at 177 ???? now that would have been a hoot especially to buy back at 171 !!!!!!

Just goes to prove day trading is still on, and IMO the only way to get some money in the coffers.

I have just set a buy limit at .02p with GGP £2500 squids worth. They look very interesting. MAy be a bit late at .02 though.

Yes I use Google Chrome and their add blocker is called ABP add block Plus. I find it great and get no adds at all. You must put into your extensions for it to give 100%.

Agree and off to the village for a cool pint and a bit of food later about 2-30 / 3-00

Yes I agree with you but I don't think anyone said everything in the garden is rosy as we all know we are going through very hard and uncharted times and I also agree that we could see a huge drop if the economy goes the wrong way with Trumps dealings and Brexit. But that is yet to be seen and we have not hit that point yet. The markets are all feeling the pinch over this uncertainty and that's obvious by the negative markets. There is nothing we can do to avoid the outcome for better or worse, hopefully for the better.

My point is why ask "In other words is it worth selling or holding throughout recession" You know yourself we have all been through very hard times especially here with our SP going from over £5 down to 13 p. Nobody knows that particular question. I held and eventually came good but others sold out of panic and lost big time. So heading a post "stock market crash" is not a very subtle heading and could cause undue worry to those less educated in share dealing, and that type of post may well bring back the fear factor to many, hence my post.

Lets not forget a very nice dividend payment Friday week the 13th would you believe !!!!

Morning all,

All markets incl FTSE down big time today so its not only House builders. Why some are talking about a stock market crash is pure speculation and scaremongering as far as I am aware. For example all my shares are down today similar to the last two weeks and two of those have nothing to do with House building or construction.

Lets hope for a better week to come.

Still down 0.94% so still time for an opportunity maybe today or by Friday. I will keep a very close eye on what is going on and my limits hold, so lets see what happens. FTSE has reversed with most of the markets so that's why we have bounced back a little but still down so far.
Keep your eyes open for a change.
