Glad I got out of ITV they are well down too, even VOD are down 1.87%. So its not just the Housing sector, all markets are down.

Most house builders are taking a right hammering today, have a look at PSN down 2,360.00 GBX −78.00 (3.20%)

and BDEV down 531.80 GBX −14.60 (2.67%) So its not just us !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes you are right and we may see more downside volatility in the near future. I will not sell at a loss and will just have to wait even if it takes a few years, we still have the divi though. So I am fine with that. My only blue share today is GGP with a nice rise of 21.60% the others are down.

An old poster used to say all the time that VOD would be £1 by end of year and on occasions less. I know Mrd said the same in his post 14:18.
My post if you read it properly said "The one that said "I was promising everyone £1 by end of year" was Lastcall / Turkey" and I found it strange that you re-quoted these words.
