Tend to agree, the M4 in Ferrari Red looks awesome to say the least. My current M4 is now only 2 years old but itchy feet again. Maybe when the 2020 model is out. :-))))))))

I just had a look at LSE volumes yesterday and they were great, know they maybe a bit out but :-

Vol. Bought-------10,190,225
Vol. Sold------------ 3,901,679

And a good sign was the two brill buys yesterday morning:-

So things are not so bad and I do agree with you big time that the huge sells are very frustrating to say the least especially when news is around the corner, I must admit I do not understand why this is the case but hay ho.

Berkeley Group, down 1.6%, Barratt Developments, down 0.8%, Taylor Wimpey, down 1.7%, Persimmon, down 2.4%. The housebuilders were lower following mixed UK house price data in June from mortgage lender Halifax. On a monthly basis, house prices fell by 0.3%, while year-on-year, house prices were up 5.7%. Halifax noted that the annual figures come against a "particularly low growth rate" in June 2018. In May, house prices had risen 0.4% on a monthly basis and 5.2% annually.

Another 1 share just gone through, whats going on ? Does this mean RNS imminent ?

400 - Trade sideways based on supply and demand
500 - Gap one way or another usually to direction of 500 trade

Noticed that there were loads of 1, 2, 5, 13 shares purchased this morning. Are these codes and what do the low codes mean ?????? who buys 1 share and how do they get away with costs etc. Is the MM's doing their thing ?

Sorry for asking but there has been loads of extremely lows show today, never seen this before with so many.

Correct me if I am wrong but I did not think it legal that NCR could have a case for sitting on results from their current drilling in Havieron I thought any news that could effect or will effect the SP they are bound to release the information within a certain time frame to the shareholders. I may well be wrong and excuse me If I am, but worth a mention.

Yes agree with that one. Also what makes me think about targets " Why did those people that may have reached their target today @ around 1.58 and sold why did they not sell yesterday at above their target at 1.637 ???? so targets do not appear to be the reason, does not make any sense.
I do not really take these buys and sells accurate and do not trust them. As many have said on here that news could hit at any time !!!! selling does not make any sense to me so I do not take them serious.
Also many say DYOR and that's the key DO not listen to others giving any form of advise with YOUR money.

I think many on here are getting a wee bit frustrated including me in the wait that seems to be dragging on a bit especially when GH said he would keep us updated on news as it is received, seems he has had none yet, bet he must feel the same.

Nobody is suggesting you spend £16 k to use to further invest. Most people buy what they can afford at the time and as you rightly say some can not afford so much and that is the norm when share dealing.
I used that term time for a top up in jest seeing some were still talking about others selling millions as they do most days.
I am quite happy with my holding and have no intentions ATM to buy more.
Good luck with your investment in GGP I am sure we will all be ok. :-))
