investing in Metro... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AHCfZTRGiI
That's fair, from my observation of LSE boards are that there's plenty of reason to be suspicious, and as you've mentioned Metro already, you only need to look at their 3/4 cheerleaders who I'm pretty sure are all the same person as they go at it 24/7. Bulletin Boards... Light entertainment, don't base any investment on garble posted here ;)
...or Twitter. Or Facebook. Or any other social media.
Just seen this on Twitter:https://twitter.com/gun_american/status/1290398424416878596
Anyone know anymore about this or is this just BS?
"#sng unconfirmed reports of poor peer review being published tomorrow along with RM leaving due to discrepancies"
Can he actually say the company name?

Yes, you are right there is a realistic chance here and I hope there is.
I've been on other boards on LSE where I've read guff about takeover for months, and a hell of a lot of excitement over the slightest bit of news and then constant bickering when nothing happens. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate this is a different boat and it genuinely appears to be heading in a decent direction.
It's also interesting to have a look at someone's profile (albeit a bit creepy) and see where else they have been posting on LSE. If you see someone that joined 30 days ago and have 7,000 posts or whatever on one single stock, then I'd be suspicious.
There are also various paid posters on LSE and various people who post under multiple accounts having full on conversations with themselves 24/7 as an attempt to ramp/deramp the stock. You might notice the same people posting on ADVFN under multiple usernames as well.
This is also the sort of post that has been reports and deleted multiple times before after I've posted.
Can buy it on Amazon.
I guess the moral of the section is to not take Bulletin Boards and things like Twitter as more than entertainment.
Although that's not to say there aren't some informative posts posted now and then, and there certainly are here.
It mentions things like being wary of rampers, and be worried about mentions of bids, etc... Worth a read.
