I’m sorry but. I Cannot agree with you there , the market does react to bad or good news on any share whether it is a £3 million or £3 billion company it’s just common sense ,to say otherwise is just plain wrong , director buys or sells are important on any share as it is an indicator of sentiment, and can raise a share or drop it dramatically depending on circumstances, that s any value share my sentiment is it was so small they did not believe it changed anything and insider trading would take effect if bad so I see that as a small positive just me but everyone takes there own feeling on it , it’s just my thoughts
Another theory is the board are probably not collecting wages till they get the money due to low cash so he just needs some cash to get by for a month or so money still might not arrive till 30th , and insider trading comes in so that is a positive , gla
It is strange but less than 3% of his holding about £6k so very small maybe he needed cash , he sold Monday , maybe they said he can sell before deal but not after , don’t think it would go down well with authorities if deal fell through now , just thinking out loud
He was only there for 4 weeks as director after the creditors called in there money , so there was nothing he could do , we have time for ours as not due and there is nothing to claim back at this point , so I would call that unfortunately not his fault as 4 weeks is nothing , but he has had a lot of success including a particular focus on gas developments across multiple jurisdictions with Britoil, BP and Elf and Sterling Resources, where he discovered and initiated the development of the Black Sea gas field complex, Ana/Doina in Romania.
So at least he is not an accountant, at this point all is not looking great but we don’t know what the plan is , we can hope after 35 years he can call in a few favours and find an asset , just my thinking it’s a big positive Martin and parsons dropping down it might have been forced for any kind of deal to be allowed , just speculating I’m sure now we will soon find out with this appointment
I might be wrong , but they just need a house as an address they won’t be working there it’s so correspondence and stuff has an official building to send it to , they have to have something as there buying In to a U.K. company , so you have to have an official address the same as many self employed use there home address as there business address , for tax reasons etc
