In his last LSE interview (which I posted this morning) Zaza talks about field development after successful testing.

Starting with Niko in November (to target zone 19) he then says next year with the results and a new CPR then new funding options present themselves to develop the field next year.

obviously since then we know that 2 Majors are talking to FRR. Its no coincidence that FRR are entering a field development phase where the speedy drilling of 10's/100's of wells will be required and talks with a major occur.

we can but sit and wait now and see what funding options Zaza has come up with. even without a Major we'd be in a position to drill some wells without dilution by the sound of it.

ONE thing we know for sure is the oil sales from the testing is paying off £265k of YA loan each month or we'd see share conversion RNS's. Not a large amount of revenue but that's the base we can be sure of plus the cost of on going operations. should know more about this in the interim results this month

Excellent info And yes it's about time FRR had a change of fortune. Obviously the wealth of data we have gathered over the years and more recently with the 4 sidetracks are very very interesting too two majors. Bring on the jv/farm/buyout news

A jv (joint venture) would do wonders for the share price but it's exactly as it sounds. Exxon would enter a joint venture with FRR so they'd pay for a well or two and FRR would let them use the road and talk to Dustin
