as far as they are concerned what they do and have been doing for years is totally above board and acceptable.

It's not been proved any different so why would they stop. The only time they would stop IMO is if the share was suspended pending an investigation. Which as someone said it probably should be as the shares in issue should be in question if they are dealing shares that FRR say they don't have?
