Despite that big sell of 165k at 3.40pm....guess someone wants out.

Well done for not going with the obvious Peel Hunt rhyme...
We'll never know the truth...who did what and when but it would be interesting to really read how things went down. Was it DT being unexpectedly 'promoted early' that made it such a juicy obvious target for a takedown? Were phone calls made that very evening? whilst we shareholders were getting excited @ 950.50 and thinking what inclusion in a few days time would mean, was a calculated scheme being set up crash it, with PH as the blue touch paper?
Nidec/Lending,
Thanks for those.
That should read 'Unknown'.
Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question but can anyone enlighten me as to why all the trades after the
22-Nov-21 16:35:26 3m Uncrossing Trade are marked as unkown on LSE?
Your 'childhood sweetheart' is simply trying to grow up. Many a teenager beset by growing pains, may present as a tad sociopathic...then they reach their potential and do wonderful things. Hold & Switch off the BB for a month. Nil desperandum.

Your post this morning was relatively sanguine.
This afternoon you 'read' as close to panic. The difference in sp was 8p??
Has there been a neg news issue? (Nope).
Have the fundamental future prospects changed? (Don't think so).
Why do you know think DT BOD have acted in bad faith?
What has got you spooked?
This is probably a capitulation point for many. You'll know what can and tends to happen after that.

Me too @ 888. I'd appreciate any ideas on what has happened this morning tho?
Unprecedented 'good news' = low volume, drop 6% ??
Or

Wrong board I know but anyone here in AWE....oh dear!
Trade as much as possible within your ISA
(your annual input limit is £20k, so it can build up to a big sum if youve done well on particular stocks).
And
Go see a good local accountant to ensure you pay as little CG as poss. Good advice will be well worth it and pay for itself.
Lending
A good percentage of that high 900's sp was caused by excited-inexperienced-retail-herd sentiment....it was froth and not stable. If as a 1st time buyer you look at your trading account and see a profit equating several months salary and all you did for that was take the advice of 'some bloke down the dog and duck', youre going to be feeling pretty pleased with yourself. As that 'win' starts to disappear, you sell and take what you can of your profit. Those people won't be back and very few of them ever looked or cared about Dark's fundamentals. I think there is a floor coming, once the ML issue is settled but even if he is extradited, it may take a while to reach. Sentiment again, but this time pertaining to whether or not Dark can be further embroilled in the HP case.
Yep, totally agree with that Lending. In that spirit, anyone willing to risk their hard-earned on an Aim punt, this is worth a read

You can usually see the EMS figure on your broker platform. Dark EMS is 3000 on CS.
Do you mean EMS ( Exchange market size)?
MM won't necessarily refuse to deal above this, it is the level at which they are not obliged to stick to a previously offered spread.
The EMS can be calculated;

It's an optimistic finger!
Sentiment, based on the thought that many a boastful anecdote entitled 'how well I did on friday', must have taken place over the weekend.
Although, I appreciate it's impossible to be sure if we're getting near 'shoeshine boy giving share tips' territory??
