Tr1 holders are 2-400k invested at a much higher premium than the share price today
James normands has connections galore
They've stated they're in talks but needed share price at 1p it's in the sweet spot now .

I'm confident a strong deal will come

I wouldn't want to replicate the AAA sellers after a few bags & miss out on monstrous life-changing returns .

It's a shell company , if no reverse take over by July 5th it goes into suspension.

My personal belief is a deal has been there since day 1 , & the tr1 holders know exactly what is happening hence the 3-400k each has invested .

July 5th deadline so I'm inclined to think RTO happening . It's a watertight ship atm though .

As has been stated , wealthy people with connections don't generally loose 1/2 mill quid in a matter of months .

This is a snip at this level the tr1 holders average 2-3p they'll want 10p on completion of RTO I think .

Can sell 1.5 mill shares .

Heard something very positive about this company Friday. Can't go into detail but will be purchasing as many as I can the moment it unsuspended .
And will not be selling a share until post RTO !

Martin ( ceo)has impressive c.v & it was him that negotiated /introduced iig deal which although has Iapsed is still in play and talks ongoing .

Company fully cashed up now for rest of the year & beyond , so no placing fear . Iron should be sitting x2 cap waiting news 7 mill cap atm is a bigger joke than Corbyn & Abbot.

Expecting 10p by end of Jan in AYM , PEA and some forward plans to hold shareholders interest.
Labrador is the key here , aym small stake could result in great revenue stream allowing development of existing projects & new .

The other share I mentioned before on this bb looks primed for a rerate similar to what happened here .
