Gilini Group and why is it significant?

A look at the Gilini company directors shows an interesting name: Russell Tucker. Russell is listed as the finance director and a member of Gilini’s investment committee. He is coincidentally related to a Dennis Tucker who is a strategic advisor to Sibanye Stillwater and was instrumental in the strategic decision-making that was responsible for the sale of Beisa to NEO.

Probably said the same thing last year and then the auditors got the blame.

I'd put money on it that the company goes into suspension.

BTW still no sales confirmed other than the first 50t of copper and still no manganese after missing timelines.

Lots of talk around whether the accounts will get lodged in time, but if history is anything to go by it could be that they wont.

2 years in a row but 3 years would be pathetic. Can't keep blaming the auditors.

So a director flew over from London to discover that the ore body doesn't sit at surface as has been the expectation, but it sits maybe 5 metres below.

It's easy to pick up a selected rock and say this is high grade, and maybe that rock is, but how representative is it of the mining site? As there appears to be no drilling records past or present one has to wonder how a resource calculation can be made and further how sales can be made forecast of such material with any degree of confidence.

Investors need to know the quality of the resource - what is the size and grade. Knowing this will help understand the economic viability.

Has anyone seen the short videos on X of the so called processing plant?

Does anyone know what is going on here? - a barrel spinning around looking rather wonky, is that the entire "plant"?

The videos are visually tight so you cant see very much, suggest this is done on purpose.

How about a video filmed from 20 metres away and a full scan of the area.

And thank goodness the management of NEO didn't wait around for QVB. Seriously the Henkries project stalled waiting on his subscription funds which are clearly outstanding. Drilling and an updated MRE talked about last year never happened, the drilling company has yet to be contracted.

I can only assume that this "unsettled £2m cash at 0.75p" is subscription money remaining unpaid by QVB?

Why has this remained unpaid especially given the impression that the market has been given about his substantial wealth?

Delays confirmed on the Kinusi project, which was already obvious, assays and sales now by the end of January. Maybe.

The question is where is the money going to come from to advance each of the company's projects. QVB made it clear in a recent interview that the fund that was going to extend money to Marula is taking longer to finalise and not expected to happen till either Q1 or Q2.

IMO the excitement on the potential has gone.

Too many targets have been missed.

Not one project has a recognised reserve calculation.

There are no drilling results available on any project.

Funding for the budgets for each of the projects has not occurred.

The share is now finding a market cap commensurate with its' real value. Value that reflects more than just over optimistic sentiment of those on chat sites.

As predicted the shareprice hit 4.5p today.

Conferences and interviews mean nothing unless there is something solid to promote. At this stage it's all about - we are going to do this and going to do that.
