None of the projects have a JORC rated resource. There are no drilling results to even estimate a resource. Blesberg is the only project to have had a drilling program conducted over a year ago and the results it would seem have been withheld, suggesting that they are below expectations.

Like to be proven wrong.

The opportunity to buy at these crazy levels will not present itself for much longer. Acquisition number 3, I think, is very close, an acquisition that will unlock the value of Beisa North and South as well as transforming NEO to very large uranium and gold company. Exciting times ahead, especially with a company that has significant resources in 2 commodities that are performing exceptionally well.

No capital raises mean no dilution going forward, all debt funded. This is truly an amazing outcome for a junior turning mid tier mining company.

Most companies end up issuing million or billions of shares to progress a company's activities resulting in severe dilution. Not NEO!

A strong close yesterday at 1.10 / 1.15 bodes well for a another strong day. A 20p broker target price is exceptional reflecting the truly transformational nature of the Beisa North and South project. What other UK listed entities offer investors the opportunity that NEO presents in terms of 95m pounds of uranium and 4.17m ounces of gold?

Today QVDB will give an interview with Stockbox, so expecting to hear plenty on the Neo plans and aspirations, as well as how projects are going to be funded.

I hear First Equity are updating their previous buy recommendation from 3.3p to a very significant level

to reflect the North and South Beisa 90m pound uranium and 4.2m ounce gold acquisition.

Hey AliAli, this has been discussed sometime ago and whilst the idea has merit the management want to keep NEO as a uranium (energy) company and Marula focussed on battery metals.

This recent acquisition by NEO is just the beginning to transform the company into the largest uranium company in South Africa as well as a recognisied major in Africa.

• the size of Beisa projects' gold by-product resource, 4.17 million ounce

• upside to both uranium and gold resources

• Henkries resource of 4.7 million pounds

• serious undervalued compared to peers

We are told that the projects have a SAMREC compliant resource of 90.24 million pounds of Uranium and 4.17 million ounces of gold. So what value do we put on these without knowing the next acquisition piece of the map?

Let's give in my opinion a very conservative US$1 per pound for the uranium and US$5 per ounce for the gold. This would equate to US$90.24 + US$20.85 for a total of US$111.09 million. At a US to GBP conversion rate of 0.78, that equates to £86.42 million!

So just on this project alone does the current 1p per share sound crazy cheap?
