Agree Vince.
I'll want to understand the hold up with fuel supply agreement.
But ultimately I think MsC will get this over the line.
It also feels like Utah permits will be granted which will be a material event for qed.
Morrocco - who knows. Want to give them both barrels on this Wednesday.
Overall I'm inclined to support and take up more than allocation. I think its also counter-productive not to.
1.25p is a near historical low. The company have definitely been in worse positions.
Thoughts:
1) We know a fund raise is around the corner, that has been well documented
2) The recent share price rise has been significant
The longer the company don't raise funds at this elevated price (granted it is still v low) the more confidence it gives me that they think greater news is "imminent".
A company not confident about immediate future prospects and in need of cash would surely have tried to get some funding away when the SP doubled to over 2p.
Thoughts?
I'm not sure what expectations were with regards to these interim results.
Any material project progress would have been RNS'd separately beforehand so I think naive to expect any else other than basically holding statements.
I keep repeating myself but for me the value is all with MSC.
Do you think MSC, the worlds largest fuel container, will fail to negotiate a fuel supply agreement having bought MSC Leandra, allowed us on board for preliminary expectations, and committed publicly to the trials ?
Fuel supply agreement will then be hailed as material progress but for me this is a given anyway, and would expect this at the latest soon after dry docking.
Morocco - disappointing to say Q1 23 a few weeks ago to then move the timeline to April.
Utah - maybe some progress if licences granted as stated in interim results.
Morocco/Utah are just upside for me in terms of valuing this investment.
I would participate in a raise at these levels.
Worth it on msc alone.
Yes it's not moved as quickly as we would have liked.
But haven't had any bad news and it's the world's largest shipping company we're dealing with.
Not so convinced on the other projects so any development is all upside for me.

"Overall, despite such weak share prices over the half year, the prospects for most of the Trust's holdings have not deteriorated. There were, however, some relatively isolated examples where prospects did deteriorate, such as Pressure Technologies, Quadrise Fuel and Lamprell, and these holdings have been sold."
