been out the majority of the day and thought I'd have a look at the 120 posts since this morning and see if I can glean any interesting info - then find that 2 out of every 3 are mr_not_magnanimous and his pumpy gibberish that tells me nothing at all of interest. Too much for me, finally filtered so I can see 2/3rds less posts here, I think a poster had it right earlier in suggesting that he probably doesn't own a single share here, if he does I would suggest he is well under water and finds the need to pump.
I do think there is legs here for a big rise but not yet and probably from a lower base, I'm thinking it might follow the same example as another share that delisted a few years ago and why I'm keeping my eye on it, in the meantime I'm out and happy with my 90% profit atm for the record
totally agree toff, 10%ers don't win over the long term
sold mine at 76p this morning, looking like party over for the moment. I'll keep an eye out for a reentry as this could pop nearer the delist from a lower base
Below is my post at 8.30 this morning, just as well I went out instead of watching this because I know my weakness would have seen me selling too early. Instead I put in a limit sell at 93 and had a lovely golf match in the sun instead. Never have I made 100% and been a little unhappy (that's greed I guess), I almost added before I went out but didn't as it's not my normal type of trade and I'm generally cautious which has served me well, I just saw little downside and plenty of opportunity and in my heart of hearts I just knew this would bag.

"I'm not enough of a fool (imo) but this is the sort of share that could be lifechanging if you were reckless enough, considering adding more if it starts to move. My initial buy didn't show up on Advfn Level2 straight away which is extremely unusual, reckon this will suddenly jump 20p when it's ready to move, not sure what it will be capable of but I would have thought at least £1 is capable, probably more"

surname also spelt differently, the guy at ienergizer has 2 'g's, the other has only 1, sons also have different name
I don't think this is the same guy who is /was at vedanta, one is 54 (ienergizer) the other at vedanta is almost 70 - google it
true, but how many sellers and which iis are selling ? wish I knew
magmanus you've been trying to pump this all day, I'm assuming you've no intention of owning shares after they delist and just after the bounce ?
apologies if this cut & paste doesnt look ok but i've attempted to list the major shareholders here, who needs to sell out before delist and who do we reckon has already sold ?

me neither, I used to enjoy these bearcasts when they were free, I found he was rarely wrong on the gutter side of aim and if only I'd listened to him on Quindell back in the day I'd have saved a few bucks....., but todays headline says:
"Finally the curse of Sir Tony Baldry, the slug like ex Tory MP, is - I sense- about to fall yet again on Westminster Group (WSG)"
unfortunately no-one seemed to share their belief that the company is undervalued, the killer line is at the bottom:
"The Board confirms that it is not in receipt of any approaches for the Company at the date of this announcement"
they have no choice but to put a spin on it and carry on, you might get a small rise but not one that is going to rocket imo
They have an overdraft facility and I imagine they are using it, never been able to find out what the facility is From 2022 results:
"In February 2021, Clydesdale Bank PLC trading as Yorkshire Bank offered the Group an overdraft and other banking facilities. As a condition of these facilities the Company entered into a multilateral charge and guarantee in respect of bank overdrafts and other facilities of all companies within the Group"
I'm not in and unlikely to buy but 2 things come to mind having just seen this:
1. Surely the dumper wouldn't dump that much in one go as an insider as they would be open to being caught fraudulently trading with inside knowledge
2. SIS haven't released a 'no reason for the drop' rns so I guess they must indeed know of a reason
interesting though......
