25k shares max buy limit at 9.5p
All about the starting point, MCap, share register mechanics, assets, potential etc etc
Most importantly what buyers put a value on the company, imo this is very cheap at these prices
SP is an output of the above
Gas prices were circa €15 pre 2021 this prices still nearly 5 times higher
Gas prices are impacted by high LNG imports , warmer weather , increase in coal to replace gas due to high prices and approx 20% down turn in industrial usage
Coal will be replaced by affordable gas, production outputs post recession will return, weather will either go cold again or be super hot in the summer driving usage and LNG will be needed elsewhere when the storage facilities need filling again
Gas prices need to be at a fair value to ensure it is the transitional fuel of choice , we don’t want sky high prices which impact usage. A happy medium is the preferred choice
All imo but there will be a gas shortage / a new norm until 2027 I have seen it written so all perfectly fine
Meanwhile billionaires are scrapping it out in a bidding war for our Spanish JV partner where the SP has gone from from .13cent to .38cent since Oct
Wait until we get people knocking on PXEN door
I rather the herd stay away
20p will come and go quickly enough
MCap still hugely undervalued
Read the VSA Capital brokers note from Sept
More specifically read what is included in the 20p value but more importantly what is not included
Then have a look at what's happening to our Spanish JV partner currently
That should help in getting you close to a valuation
NT to buy at 14.5p
100k 15p premiums
Can see 20p soon
No it wouldn’t , or a roll over
It’s 100% not 2 buys that’s for sure
Looks like a cat finger or bed and isa
There is not 10m shares available to buy at 12p on the open market
You are correct but for me the bigger picture is the acuity play
It is a legacy issue which needs to be dealt with
Because it’s irrelevant
Good to see the website updated which was one of my beef’s
Now correctly stating correct shares etc etc
Little steps
Think this is going to be good
I am not changing my views at all
I said it then and I say it now
Your not listening because you are emotionally attached to this share
I did make a lot of money in 2020/21 but shareholder value has not been delivered in 2022
The business maybe on sounder footings, but that’s not what I am saying
That’s the problem with these BB’s they are just an echo chamber
I truly hope 2023 will be good but I have moved on
Setanta gets it, making money is as much about the company as the share register mechanics and sentiment
I will leave it at that as obviously this is not what people want to hear either back earlier in the year or now
The bhoys, I am simply saying the actions of the BOD's in the past 12 months have not deliverd shareholder return on their investments
IMO they dropped the ball, what others think is up to them, we are all entitled to our opinion
It is difficult for me to see beyond this
What others do investment wise I have no interest in, I am very happy with my choices
Hopefully this will have a better 2023
Remember if I wanted to buy today I can do so at a lower price than last year, says it all to me
Good luck all
I did indeed sell the majority of my holding , in fact I sold out the rest not long ago. Was in since .55 so did well
Put it all in PXEN at 2/3p and also CTL drum Ajax more recently
I like the zphr assets but it needs production and additional wells
I did not like the placing or financing & did say this SP action could happen. People didn’t like it when I said it but I stand by it
Also there is still the dilution process and impact of forward selling shares to pay for warrants then warrants being sold
The share mechanics are not working in here for me
Sentiment has been knocked but it is what it is
Big investors want a risk free investment from the PB and are not interested in non ops production, that’s the sideline not the story
Wish you all well and hope it all comes good
First post for ages
Massive disappointment for any shareholders the last 18 months
Rubbish placing at 5p with loads of warrants
No shareholder value the past 18 months
Can’t argue with that what anybody tells you
Share register mechanics are awful .
What is the next news due in a RNS format which is regulated rather than stuff being aired in research notes or interviews
I am a bit distanced from the detail as have rather put these shares in a draw and just hoping a proper multi gets excited with a discovery
Thanks in advance
Several points
MCap will get to £200m MCap with the organic growth of the current assets imo
Getting the other 51% is a nice to have but also having a JV partner with lots of cash is also lovely
As per Mark’s interview no further dilution is required
It’s all moving forward
