"...I will be prioritising early dialogue with OTT Holdings, alongside existing shareholders and lenders."
Looks like Miss Dees is really keeping to her promises - 18 days since she made this announcement and shareholders still in the dark about is going on. About time she started talking.
Has Miles Lewis gone - Linkedin showing employemnt jan 2019 - jan 2021 - from looks of what he has achieved, which amounts to pretty much nothing, he should of gone ages ago.
MVR/NAPS need a clear out of overpaid, underachieving, duplicitous roles and a cost cutting exercise, starting at the top.
This company now needs to go on a massive cost reduction scheme, starting with board member salaries. They should get a percentage paid in shares. Far too many highly paid staff. Overlapping of roles is likely now the company has merged, more cost savings needed.
AM has had his chances and should go before he does any more damage. The only ones who will get rich now are Nice and Green and the directors. Dilution and dilution and now death spiral funding of last resort. He should have put some of his own money in again if he wanted shareholders to do the same.
"The PrimaryBid.com Offer raised gross proceeds of £1,599,118.29, through the placing of 48,458,130 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each, at an Issue Price of 3.3 pence."
Not a ringing endorsement of AM's fund raise. Everyone is wise to Primary Bid now - waste of time really when price falls below the day after, coupled with poor management and lack of news.
I contacted OTT here https://ottproperties.eu/ but got no reply to date.
Find it odd that OTT have failed to make any further announcements.
