Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The amount of people on this board who have invested serious sums of money in a system they know nothing about blows my mind.
How exactly do you propose to execute a short squeeze on GGP? A company with a free float of 3.5bn shares and no known short positions?
Astonished at some of the reaction to the MRE. Those of you who know me know that I'm realistic about company values (some might say negative) when it comes to investing. This MRE is way above anything I could have hoped for.
Ultimately, what tonight tells us is that GGP's current estimated resources, in a single area, minus AISC and excluding any and all future assets and uprates are equal to (approx.) the current market cap of the company.
The minimum value of the company has tonight been defined as what it stands at today. That is a fantastic place to be.
"So your telling me all the funds that supposedly bought in yesterday are all losing money, I don't think so, they're not that daft."
They HAD to buy. That's literally why this happens. They announced they're buying on a certain date, at market close. Shares are then bought with the sole purpose of being sold to the funds at a premium.
Why do you post this every few days? Everybody knows what culmination means. Everybody knows the process we're in. Nobody knows what the outcome will be. No matter how many times you copy and paste your dictionary definition update.
I sold a shade over 8m at opening after reading the RNS because I've had enough of this BOD and have zero trust in their ability to make me or the company money in the long-term. After the last one I told myself that this was their last swing at it from my personal perspective. Quite simply, I can think of better places to put my money.
