Not trying to be pedantic or a smart arrse ( makes a change), but the Soon to be signed Government backed Finance deal is not FSS funding. It is funding that will allow HARL to win contracts in all of its 5 income stream areas. A part of the FSS deal is actually £25 million upfront, yes that's £25 Million, which i would guess will take us past the pre production stage.

The £200 million funding package will allow HARL to become a £500 million turnover company and as JW said , create Shareholder Value.
