Personally, I am very grateful to Cruella for the posts. When our JR is finally successful, a lot more people will know about IM thanks to her. Correspondingly our Market cap will have expanded positively. How ironic. I am tempted to open up a Go Fund me page to raise money to buy curtains for the cave.

My 70% chance of success, may be a little on the light side. But that's nothing comparted to the £75 million asset value evaluation. If the judgement is positive i would argue that the IM value jumps to £120m.

If you agree that HARL has an equal 70% chance of success in both the IM judicial review and a successful loan agreement, then the chances of a successful resolution to at least one of the events ending in a Happy Ending for HARL is a very acceptable 91%. One could say the at the odds are stacked in HARLs favour.

Pure gut feeling. Actually that's not completely true. The performance of our KC v their council is important. As a bit of a betting man , i would think all things considered, which includes the current Energy/defence situation, we are odds on.
