Shivest, i think that you are looking too deeply into this. As the famous saying from John Bellucci in Animal House goes " Why Not". Personally, i would have issued it as a REACH type RNS.

You can argue that it was unnecessary, but there is a massive difference between unnecessary and stinking of desperation. Look at JWs background, he is an Engineer , not a Master of the Universe ( relating to Wall Street Brokers, not a cartoon character ). He has done and will continue to make mistakes on the shareholder investment relations side. However, my money in the meantime, is on him turning HARL into a British Industrial success story , resulting in our SP being in the Pounds not pennies over the next year or so.

Ridiculous statement by Shivest, saying the RNS stunk of desperation. I myself and i would imagine numerous others have written to HARL asking them to keep us informed on a timely basis, by the more Traditional RNS method. That is simply what JW is doing here. Everything is going HARLs way, he has no need to be at all desperate.
