Kaeren , i agree. I suspect the most value for HARL will be derived from retaining the largest shareholding possible in IM , for the longest period. However, I must admit that it is rather tempting to think of waking away , within 12 months, with £100 million in our pockets. Thats over 3 times the current market cap by the way.

No, that was my take exactly. I thought that the word Incubator was interesting , as in the normal business meaning , it is a place where business are developed before being Put on the Market. Its hard to imagine that If the IM project was in fact floated as a separate entity , say next year, that its market cap would be less than £100m.

I’ve just listened to the interview with LSE again. I may have missed a few things first time round, as my thoughts have been concentrated on the up coming engagement. The CEO actually alluded to contacts having already been won , but due to NDAs, not being able to disclose details. This obviously contradicts AIM rules to a certain degree. The only way I can square it , is to believe that everything is agreed and they just need a signature to make them legally binding.

I must admit to being shocked at the fact that HARL has 60% of the UKs fabrication capacity. When one adds this to an earlier statement by the CEO, that fabrication demand will out strip supply by 4-5 times, it points to an extremely positive outlook for Harland and Wolff.

I’ve just added a further 19001 shares on the back of what the CEO stated. Contracts ie plural, not just one contract. A very positive presentation from a clearly confident Mr. Wood.

Sentanta, I dont believe that you are invested here and neither does anyone else. Thanks for vinting ,it reminds me to have another more in-depth look at ZPHR and the many reasons it remains un investable.
