Harland & Wolffs CEOs plan to achieve an £8 share price28 Apr 2023 09:00
Sounds ridiculous ,but just look at the figures . john Wood stated in his recent podcast that HARL is capable of a £500m per year turnover.
That equates to a £125 m operating profit at a 25% profit margin ( 24-27% previously stated).
Take off a generous 50m for operating costs and that leaves £75m net profit.
BAE is currently on a PE ratio of 19.If the same ratio was attached to HARL ( why not), then the market cap would be £1,425,000,000.Yes thats over a Billion and 47.5 times the current Market Cap. If non diluted, then the share price would be 807.5 p. As Gusto would say, Hold for Gold, I know I am.
