Seems we have a very robust Customer Care Team who can track every test kit to the nth degree. Their responses to complaints are well written and clearly show that our customers in most cases do not seem to under the process or what they need to do. A good few were saying they didn't get the result back in a timely manner, but on investigation it seems clear that they didn't try to log on to the system! You cannot help Stupid. On the flip-side, maybe we should look at improving the guidance information?

Competition is good and we were never expecting a monopoly. Depends on the turnaround and accuracy of Randox's service which will see them rise or fall. Same too for us. I would have thought sending to Northern Ireland would cause a bottle-neck so our service should be superior in terms of results. If the Government award is large enough, I'd expect that £60.00 or less would still be achievable with MHC so no real concerns.

I really don't see why ppl are selling now when it's so close to more news. Presumably to chase other rainbows. As I said before, you can't stop them selling however annoying it is for others holding fast. The SP could actually end up positive by COB.

TEMPLAR: Sorry I have to disagree to some extent. Simply put, the number of shares issued reflects on the SP which is what we are all interested in. The more shares, then the more dilution.
I'd rather fewer shares in circulation as when a positive RNS is released then the SP will rise faster and higher. If you just want to look at the company size then fair enough, but not when comparing where we can likely go with the next very positive RNS.
Actually thinking about it, I think we are on the same page, but maybe from different angles.

Clearly you have knowledge of this sector and have researched well into it. For that others should be grateful for your input.
When looking at MCAPs it is always useful to include the Shares in Issue as you're not comparing apples with apples otherwise and you need to give some perspective here. I guess you were merely showing the size rather than anything else.
If you scale up (or down) it's easier to compare share issue and mcap. Note not reflecting what the company has currently on the market as product and/or market share etc:

LOL: Just for the hell of it I tried a dummy sell of 100k shares (which is only a percentage of what I really have) and if I continued would have to sell via a negotiated order. I thought they'd be breaking my arm off for these shares? This is with Halifax Share Dealing Service who I've used for many years.
