1 more day pay under 30p...
17/18p seemed high to pay in April until the IIs took the share price up 60%+ on Court news. Wednesday we're likely to see another Approval...and then Re-lending.
Don't believe this 21-23p SP range, it's just IIs keeping SP low so they can BUY on the cheap from MIC in volume as they've saturated shares from PIs...
Yuri - Point me to a legal domain where the shares you are invested in are going through a SOA?
Amigo have kept to the timelines they gave from the start of the year on Court dates etc with now 95% customers approving the offer...and now verdict on Wednesday where yes you have the FCA complaining, but on the other-hand the majority of customers and the FOS are fine with it!
Have a look here too - shows to BUY at 9.05:

I agree, the SOA will pass and Amigo’s future will be secured. Re-lending will also start with new products which will help with financial results etc.
Overall, SP should start the climb to recovery, however, there is a negative remaining regarding FCA Vreq which will most likely be a fine. Again, once this is paid and FCA restrictions are lifted, we are looking at a growth stock again.
Now that SP is not 200% up, what will the FCA’s argument be?
IIs have brought this down to limit any counter argument weighting - there goes the FCA’s main point for shareholders to take a hit.
