Positive outlook, still under the radar I feel. The Board has fully appraised all the current investments, would be interesting to see what each one was appraised at! Look forward to seeing what the new potential investment this year is. From current £5m market cap to total assets of £9m - an 80% increase - make of that what you will
RNS has been released, just not showing on this site

And slightly older news but Zuuse was listed in Deloitte's APAC Technology Fast 500 list earlier this year, which ranks companies by percentage fiscal year revenue growth over a three year period. Zuuse was in position 199 with a growth of 285%
Oberon investments increased their holding in Truspine from 4.88 to 5.8 % in July:

Probably no coincidence that Jeremy Taylor-Firth is on the Oberon team:

I think AC wrote Farina off in the published accounts around 2019
Hi RKBeekeeper haven't heard from you in a while thanks for the positive insight
Hi gharri07, are the 300k buys yours? Welcome on board (if you're new!)
Good to see, thanks for sharing, let's hope we get a positive update on the deal soon
yes, these constant small drops are hammering the sp, down from 5p in June
Update from golden prospect on the other site: Leading facilities management software provider, Zuuse, today announced the rebrand of its facilities management business to FMI Works. https://www.fmiworks.com/articles/leading-australian-facilities-management-software-solutions-now-under-one-brand
Surely this would have been picked up with proper due diligence with Mustang or am I misunderstanding?
Yes and he seems to have the credentials - his current app has over 80,000 users
Some interesting insight from a new (at the time - Feb 2021) software engineer at Fresho:
"You may be asking yourself, why would I take a full time job when I already have arguably one of the best jobs in the world; full responsibility for running a successful and popular stockmarket app to help investors navigate global markets?
The reason being is because I consider Fresho to be on an even bigger growth trajectory. Last time I ignored a game-changing opportunity like this, I turned down a job interview from Facebook in 2008. They had ~30 employees at the time and I don't want to make that mistake again.
At Fresho, I am learning from arguably, the most talented software engineering team in Australia. I'm seeing the power of an indefensible network effect in the business model and helping to scale up the introduction of software to help the global food industry completely transform itself with more efficient and sustainable practises. Hi danawinner, what is his portfolio performance?
A chunky sell yesterday, explains the drop. Hope positive news on Mustang or one of the other investments or SPACS soon
Any idea on when the Mustang prospectus might be issued?
Any idea on when the Mustang prospectus might be issued?
Hi skittish I've got nothing new to add but just wanted to thank you for your informed opinions and research, prims chat is generally pretty quiet, you bring some excellent insights and further reading material
Positive outlook and RL seems to have a clear plan in mind. Still intrigued by the 3 SPACs and what they might bring.
Appreciate the updated strategic criteria for investments moving forward:
It must enable Primorus the opportunity to acquire a meaningful stake in the investee company.
A clear and realistic exit route must be in place.
There should be an opportunity for the Board to play an active role in the investee company's development.
The Board and the investee company's management team must share a common vision and strategic alignment.
The investment committed by the Company will be proportionate to the risk/reward opportunity.
There should be a greater opportunity for the Company's shareholders to benefit directly from the increase in capital values from each investment.
One thing surprised me is that Prim bought and sold Artemis shares last year? I don't recall seeing this in a RNS but could have missed it. Similarly with Doriemus and Donald Strang. Seems AC kept some info from shareholders
Hi jamesc7 could you please share a link? Thanks
