Clontarf will currently be operating under several NDAs, during what is known operationally as a "closed window" period. During such times, nothing can be disclosed, without formal agreement from each interested party. Failure to comply can result in severe consequences for all parties involved. This is very standard procedure within the executive world.

I believe that a realistic approach, would be to expect positive news toward the mid-to-end of March. If it happens sooner, that would be a bonus.

As far as I'm aware, you don't have to swim it, or inhale fume from the sealed batteries, or even eat the stuff! Of course, we could just leave it there, where it may remain harmful and non-productive, but getting the the rest of the world to agree, based on petty and vindictive argument is probably a VERY tall order. Still, I don't suppose it matters too much if people don't eat at all.....
