Ahh wouldn't it be delightful if we could form a group that represented 5% or more and table a resolution! Even just to make the point and get a vote on the record. I have already shared that I have voted against this as it is wrong on so many levels. I will also share that my holding represents 0.2%, just 4.8% more to find!

Great news at last and hopefully frees up MHC to make more regular announcements on progress and performance.

Nothing hugely exciting in the results, transition away from covid revenue continues and loss reflects that. Needs to regular new on products and partnerships to get some upward movement. I worry that we will now hear nothing further. Less than expected VAT refund which was a little disappointing.

Well, a week to go until deadline for results to comply with AIM rules and still nothing on when they will be released with a typical two week notice for results I worry that they will not be issued on time. There is really no good reason why the 2024 financial year results should be delayed. Ongoing negotiations is no reason, yes they might be just about to complete and that is holding off the 2024 results but still poor comms strategy in my opinion.

Release of financial results and update on ongoing discussions on distribution deals don't have to be aligned and given the total lack of communications splitting them would help (again in my opinion) to increase the number and frequency of updates to the market. A steady flow of positive news has to be better than nothing (share price drops) then all at once (share price recovers to where it was) then nothing again (back down we go).

Two weeks until end of year update is overdue, not that it will be the first time if they are late....

I agree the stock is undervalued, certainly based on some of my other AIM holdings that are not financially in as positive position as MHC. They do however provide regular market news and updates. I am not specifically stating that correlation implies causation but it is a noticeable difference unique to MHC and lack of any comms. That includes other AIM stocks updating of progress of negotiations, new products, new investment areas, etc. It is a factor of the market that perception is a significant driver of value (stock price) and without an active comms strategy it leaves too many gaps to fill in on what the current and future value of MHC is. I am sure Penny os doing a great job at running the company to deliver products and find markets but no one seems to be grasping the other side of that which is telling people / market what they are doing.

I think that comms strategy is the missing piece to, as you say, get the markets behind the company, but I am no expert, just a frustrated investor!

I applaud your enthusiasm and I do see some positives for MHC. Less convinced on news but would be very happy to be proved wrong! I would really like to know the previous year results!

Still nothing on results which seems crazy. Last year 4th June of results date announcement, results on 28th June. Assume it cannot be later than end of June to be within AIM rules of 6 months from end of financial year so Monday 30th is the latest possible. I am not sure what the consequence of being late is but surely the lack of news and lack of results date is suppressing the share value. Exasperated but need to hold as I can't currently accept the loss.

The lack of news is again anchoring the value down well below where it should be and it is the question I asked at the last shareholder meeting. More a point about the lack of news and updates being an issue for shareholder value. it was replied to about not being able to share updates about ongoing negotiations which didn't really answer the point I was making.

The longest it can be dragged out, I think, without breaking AIM rules will be the end of June for full year results. Again not even stating the results date leads to "worries" about corporate governance and the 'value' being given to shareholders.

Currently continuing to hold but will be selling if we get back to 20p as I can't continue to put up with the lack of updates or communication.

I kept my small holding just to be a nuisance!

It's tempting, having averaged down over the last 12 months I am finally above break even and it is very tempting to exit now but I also think there is more upside to come. The eternal dilemma!

Feels like a low offer just as positive news is coming out. On the principle of never accept the first offer I will be holding on to mine for now.

Agree, total sales of new tests of about £344k for the year on a turnover of £11m is a tiny amount and exposes a serious risk to viability if the covid revenues drop off any more. It felt like a missed opportunity to set out more about the way ahead, beyond that it can be funded from existing cash balances, whatever it is. Without something more solid on the fact there is cash in the bank feels like there is no plan and suspect the SP reflects that sentiment if seen the same way by others.

It feels like MHC is in a bit of a holding pattern with either a dive because covid income drys up and cash burn will eat the reserves within 18-24 months based on current income / profit from new tests or more of the same with no news as there is nothing to update shareholders or the market on as there is no plan. The only other alternative I can think of is trying to make MHC appeal to a buyout or takeover. With a market cap below cash in the bank the SP seems low but with the lack of vision being shown I can understand why it is where it is.

Holding for now as sitting on too big a loss to make it worth bailing out!

Finally a date for results. Going to question why there are so few trading updates and if board are aware of negative perception no news brings.

Half year results were on 21st September last year. Any reason why they would be expected any earlier this year?
