I always have a slight rise in scepticism when someone protests their honesty, explicitly or by implication... ;-)
...and as if this wasn't enough there is the company's exemplary safety record and commitment to developing the local workforce and contribution to the local economy. Probably my most ethical investment and a heart-warming read.
I haven't seen an RNS but I received this by email. I thought I'd share for anyone who hasn't seen it

yes it looks like someone knows something....
Never play chess with a pigeon...
..this share while it was trading to fulfil some agenda whether personal or financial. It amazes me how much bashing there has been by some holders just lately. Particularly since none of us can do anything about the SP or the money we have invested. IMO all this righteous indignation - I'm a shareholder I should be told blah blah - does is lessen the perceived value of the company, its BOD and by extension the product.
An over-developed sense of entitlement seems to be the latest trend and not just on this board ;-)
Cmaeron Parry states...We have decided to do a pilot release initially to the first 200 customers downloading the mobile banking app and opening a current account, and Lionsgold will make an announcement when the pilot goes live.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank all Lionsgold shareholders for their patience as we finalise GOLDBLOC which is a first of its kind, commodity currency - a tangible asset directly owned by the customer for use as an alternative mainstream currency within the global banking system.
"Concurrent to the above, Lionsgold has also been progressing with work related to seeing LION shares readmitted to trading in the coming months, as we continue to expand our organisation and business plan, and look forward to making further announcements in this regard."
Wasn't Railsbank Ltd launching a debit card issuing platform to Goldbloc Ltd at Money 20/20 on June 4/6? I can't find anything to say this happened online and obviously no RNS but since the Sharetalk article was dated 5th June maybe the platform has launched? And maybe just a handful of cards to employees to beta test?
Maybe Lionsgold does not have to inform the markets since there has been no financial benefit or deficit in their ownership in Goldbloc or Railsbank yet?
Just a thought and semantics I know since we'd all prefer to know exactly what's going on, but we don't!
