Always check volumes traded to find out which is the main exchange for a share. In this case it's very obvious that LSE is the dominant and price driving exchange.

I agree on the JV on El Cedro. And that is the only JV for now. Pepas North and El Pantano Will be drilled for now by Omi.

Not a chance of JV Pepas. El Pantano possibly in the future depending on what they find.

As for fundraising. Absolutely will be at a much higher price. Will be very competitive deal as many funds will want in.

As for the directors. Nick brought 180,000 at market not long back. Brad and Louis have RSUs and incentives which make buying shares redundant for them.

I really don't care whether they buy or not. The gold (silver el Pantano?) Is what matters. Drill results move share price

So before the end of the year we will have MRE on Pepas and Apta. Drilling results from Pepas North and El Pantano.

These are the knowns. Unknown could be JV on El Cedro deposit?

We have the money $3.5 million for all the current drilling and MRE programs

So next year. My strategy would be to raise only after a substantial increase in share price which will inevitably follow the outlined knowns.

This financing would be minimal dilution at a higher price.But at the same time enough for the year to tide them over until the Pepas revenue comes in early 27 I'd imagine?

$15m capex doesn't need no JV or share dilution. It's paid back in 1/4 of revenue FFS!

So no problem borrowing the money. As for share issue. Why bother?

If they do it via share issue it's to let their mates in! No other reason

If Pepas alone underpins this share price and much more. Then blue sky is Pepas North potential, El Cedro porphyry, and El Pantano. Brad has also stated that Apta has much more to find.

Gold assay results thus far are highly encouraging with large areas of over 0.3g/t Au and at times over 1g/t Au being identified in soils and saprolite around a central core.

Easy to miss after that infill drill.

Not read it all yet. Just blown away by those high grade intercepts. Never seen anything like it. Those grades are great silver g/t not gold!

No one is bidding for Omi. Not at this stage. Not even close. No one is selling a company with what is known and unknown.

Known is ludicrous cheap capex, money generator open pit gold mine.

Unknown is El Pantano,el Cedro, and Pepas North just to name 3.

Big firms like newmont for example would wait for millions of MRE indicated and proven ounces before they would buy.

By then Omi will be £500/600 million. Not £60 like now

Each to their own. But selling because you are well up is how you never become rich. In psychology of money(Read it guys) it makes the point that a one or two shares which successful investors let run, and don't sell up because it's doubled, or more makes the wealth.

Because let's be clear here. Omi has so much more room to go up in price from here with the catalysts coming before end of 2025 even.

A share doesn't know what price you paid for it.

Play what's in front of you. It's not being greedy to understand that 22p is still a hugely undervalued share price, even if you are up ridiculous amounts from 3p, etc

So the tolling price will be competitive if they want the business. No hostage to a particular company.

The reality is Pepas is a dream mine.

Very high open pit, electric cables overhead. 2km from main road. And rolling facilities nearby which mean no need for expensive toll mill, and tailings dam.

You couldn't ask for any better if you could create your "dream" deposit as a mining geologist/CEO

That's some shareholding you must have. And the ISA tax wrapping keeps the communists at bay for now.
