Well I dought if Judith would have bought if she thought things were not going well for the ML so for me a massive confidence boost as she has her finger on the pulse locally.

She bought at full price aswell which is good and shows confidence.

Si- the sale this morning equals £250k all but a few pence. not sure how it works but it did equal the loan.
