Very much agree about keeping a close watch. I imagine any takeover bid might come after an ITV takeover, if anyone out there really wants ITV; perhaps an American major player. The market is so fragmented that attracting advertising on one small player must be difficult.

For those who bought low years ago it is probably still a Hold, but buying in at today's price requires some thought.

With this company it's always some unspecified time in the future, but real uplift never today.

A good question. I fear that the company is stagnating, drifting along on its name with zero innovation.
