So he is suggesting they used £300k of AAOG shareholder’s money to do due diligence on an asset which was bought by ATOG which AAOG doesn’t own but whose directors are the AAOG board and those of EHGOS. Unbelievable, it just gets worse.
They say ignorance is bliss
TW has written again regarding £300,000 of shareholder cash ? Unfortunately I've used up my allowance of free articles. Can someone subscribe, its free and post a little about the contents of the article and the £300k of shareholder cash
Tiptop - Are you talking about JB's relationship with Havoc :D
But do you agree its related ?
Previous thread removed ???? Really !!!!!
As I said before, does any of the long term holders wish to comment on the relationship between EHGOS, Alpha Blue Ocean and ATOG ?
Tilburn - what about ATOG ?
Is it looking at other financing options alongside the Term Sheet with EHGOS because the institutions have pulled their support of the placing at 5.2p ?
EHGOS is run by Alpha Blue Ocean advisors. The directors of Alpha Blue Ocean are also the directors of ATOG and have been since April 2019. If that is not a related party I don't know what is. If they wanted to be as transparent as possible this should have been raised in this RNS.
Well done trolls. You have resulted in improved terms from EHGOS. :D
Still no mention of the Directors of both Alpha Blue Ocean and AAOG being directors of ATOG.
Washers - have you seen the share price. It's halved over the last month and down 83% since IPO. Yet you all think DS is doing a great job. Incredibly naive.
Tilburn - what fundamentals ?
I see no flow rates no resource estimates no cashflow what fundamentals are you talking about ?
If they had sold when Angela originally warned them they would have saved 60% of their money. If they have followed you Tilburn they will have lost 60% of their investment.
Tip-top - when you say trolls do you actually mean those with an ability to change their view in line with insurmountable evidence to the contrary of their initial beliefs
TW has written to the FCA in regard the related party transaction involving Sefton and EHGOS and call Ed for DS to be relieved of his job
I think if more than one person reports a post it automatically gets deleted. Whenever, I point out the related party transaction with EHGOS and ATOG it gets deleted. Lets see
The truth keeps getting deleted
I don't know, you would hope so. What do you make of the related party transactions ?
They have only raised £2,718,994 upfront from the placing and from that a £430k arrangement fee is paid on completion of the fundraising and any additional legal costs ????
You could be looking at figure nearer £2m net of fees.
I suspect as they are in effect a related party, as already in business with Sefton and Berwick. They have already been short sold from 10p downwards. A practice by which they have recently been fined in Norway.
