Probably even regulators have forgotton about them.. They are still functioning so I am hopeful we will hear soon. Just wait out the Russia nonsense a few more weeks.
Can't believe anyone still has the slightest faith in RM. Let's imagine events at Synairgen year and a half ago...
July 2020: Hugely Postive trial - "Our efforts are now focused on working with the regulators and other key groups to progress this potential COVID-19 treatment as rapidly as possible."
Translation. Er yeah guys we're gonna wait over 6 months to start the trial in order for other covid treatments to be rolled out. That's definitely not going to make it harder to prove sng efficacy....Also, we're going to have another pretty small sample size, but also really complicated trial so it will take longer than a bigger trial would. But don't worry, we'll also bungle around with a home trial.
Looking back at that July 20 pronouncement, it's hard not to feel this has been a colossal blunder, almost tragic. RM knows sng works. Most of us know. What happnened in those following months is a travesty, both for investors and for the lives it didn't save.
Steroid is clearly baseline SOC. The trial showed no evidence for SNG benefit used in conjunction. This should always have been about 'putting out fires' as RM rather belatedly realised. Unfortnuately for those with mild illness there is no discernible benefit. Should have been thought out so much better.
What really irks me is how long it took RM and co. to get P3 underway. It's like they were just sitting around complacently after P2 waiting for somebody to show interest. All that time allowed vaccines and other treatments to probably obscure the efficacy of interfon. What on earth were they playing at after such a sensational P2?
Lol the guy who comes on the board every day to berate Ygen now trying to get someone else to desist. I do agree with you however. Bakky give it a rest.
Auld indicated production would probably be down again owing to plant shutdown. It remains to be seen whether compression has increased production or just slowed it's decline. I assume total failure would be RNsable! But yes clearly prices auger well for another strong quarter. Pretty baffled at lack of interest here. I guess the smart money piled into the big energy companies when they were down. But Senx should have it's day at some point.
I think this is getting too pessimistic now. Firstly the board wants news. It gets it. Now they don't want the costs associated with expanding production. I agree we need evidence that sales are substantially increasing, but I prefer this to radio silence. Potentially this company is turning a corner now.
Precisely. If MW and co. had any decency they would resign. Love the notion of (paraphrasing) 'continuing with companies strategy' as though this was all part of the master plan.
Absolute show. How desperate must they be that the best price anyone is willing is 0.1? Wouldn't bank on any companies wanting to deal with these clowns.
'Without further cash resources, the Group would have to re-evaluate its strategy and outlook. ' What does that even mean? If you run out of cash you're bust Mark... Why on earth they've let it get to this point is beyond me.
Well done Mark. We're struggling to raise funds at decent price, so let's tell everyone and crash the SP further. Best hope now is a cheap takeover I guess, probably still get hit by a loss. That remark of not caring about the SP is laden with irony now.
Why, what is there near term to look forward to? Most are expecting a placing, which won't be at a premium to the sp. When Mark gives me a reason to buy, like.... I don't know... some decent sales and not apparently free trials, I may consider topping up.
I'll hold, but feels like I've been taken for a mug here. No we know why Mark hasn't bought many shares.
It's mainly impatient folk who know that in all likelihood there won't be more news until the Tunisia Pumps next year. Plus with the market wobble, some people cutting their losses. I was happy with the presentation. The only thing I would liked is results of any analysis from Sancrai, which bizarrely wasn't in the Q&A. I still think the 2022 strategy is sensible though. It will be a slowish burner, but I think Jeff is doing a good job. Will be time aplenty to add a few in the next few months in my opinion.
