Personally I don't think we should be debating how much money Toral as had spent on it over the last 40 years, but should be concentrating on what its sale value is now. We have a document that states $110m NPV, however that is before all the latest works have been carried out, so I think it is safe to assume that figure is now North of the previously disclosed figure. That figure also does not inlcude any copper credits.

LR has said we are fully funded for this phase of drilling works and the METS, but after that I feel that the company will need more funds, and that is why the SP is so low as we could end up with another huge dilution. Could / Would he consider forward selling some of the silver or would it be another placing and if so at what price. The fact is the market is not seeing this company for its potential value due to the history of fund raises. A share consolidation should take place ASAP at 100 = 1 or even 1000 = 1.

That said well done LR for disposing of the crooked broker. The news I feel we need that will send the SP North is that of a mining license approved, METS in full, a new valuation, and of course the end game changer, "We have recieved an offer from XXX of $XXXm"

Having just read back through the last few pages of disussion on here after working the last 4 days, I have nothing to add except to wish you all a Happy Xmas and a PROSPEROUS New Year!!

The Spead here is crazy which will always deter buyers. MMs greed.

Just had a Xmas punt on this. Huge risk but potentially good returns, if the lights remain on after January. Not for the feint hearted or a SIPP investment but a wee gamble, which I do every Xmas, but invest the year round.
