Ah, so your a trader that's why your miffed. True investors are not bothered about short term drop backs but look to the future of what their holding will be worth. One good RNS and this will re-rate immently and we all know that, or at least we should or we shouldn't be here.
12m cash at bank gives this a MCap of £15m.
Roughly speaking for every 1000 barrels pd =£40m mcap,
so £40m plus £12m Cash =£52m or about 13p SP.
The new wells albeit are not yet drilled but factoring in these and online by year end what will the SP be?
Add in the GAS, and what will it be? I will start with a conservative estimate of 34 pence.
If I don't like a company or the way it is been run I move on and don't just keep posting drivel. If you don't believe in something sell at a small loss or sell at a large loss. I prefer a small loss and learn from it. This is a mid tier company given time and the fact that PH isn't running around like a headless chicken and listening to this noise is great IMO. The fact that he is continuing with the plan and moving things forward will invarioubly see the SP rise. I have holdings before where the story remains the same and sat on 50% paper loss and it has turned into a 300% gain. Sentiment is a big part of AIM, and trolls put doubt in the weak peoples head and MMs cash in at their expense. That's why so many PIs loose money.
I look forward, as I am sure do many to the next 2 or 3 RNSs. This investment will be life changing for many here in the long term, sadly not me due to my relatively small holding compared to a lot on here, however my percentage of profit is excellent as I bought in at 2.85p last November. £1 would see me mortgage free, a healthier pension pot and cash on the hip as derek trotter would say.
