The UK's biggest housebuilder, Taylor Wimpey, is set to post more losses for the first half of 2009 despite signs of stabilisation in the housing market.
Numis analyst Chris Millington is expecting the firm to post a £100m loss for the first six months of the year.
He added Taylor Wimpey may write off £500m on land values and inventories. He expects the firm to say conditions have improved materially in 2009.
"May" and "expect", so they know don't they?? NOT!!
