Markets likely to be confused in the next week, with a potemtial no confidence vote upcoming in Teresa May, however, the underlying position that she appears to have 'manouvered' is that.the UK is very likley to remain in the EU (if not fully as closely allingned as possible) that in itself, if it becomes obvious amongst the noise may rally markets, however, it's certainly an interesting period and no one appears to have a handle on how mkts will behave in general,
The Aim market in relation to CPX is not as simple as if CPX achieves a profit the sp shoots up, it may as it's not a negative but there are many profitable Aim companies that struggle to see a rising sp, surprisingly, so what drives an sp is not just profit or sales alone, handy but many a share see surges before sales announced. It is a complicated beast and keeps us on our toes. Sentiment changes in a nano second both up or down and can come from any number of events, some not even obvious at first glance. It;s actually what makes it a facinating place imo.
CPX has a huge number of potential drivers for the sp over coming weeks and they are too many to list . The current lull in the market is across the board, but there will be a moment when it will change. CPX is set to benefit more than most as it is regarded as one of the better placed companies, has an estblished list of LTH's, a proper global business, links with the biggest players and is in a transformational period from years of R&D to producer, licensee etc and this process is only just starting. The period of establishing a business on a global level takes years, CPX has served that period, and will now step up bit by bit to a new level. This shoud be an exciting and profitable period over coming weeks/months for both the company and LTH's as the real benefits are realised with each new deal. Once one lands another follows as CPX becomes/is the go to company for super caps , The market is huge on many fronts as we knowI if you were looking for an Aim share to invest in CPX ticks all my boxes, clearly, and athough nothing is risk free, this is as close as you get imo and at just 9p with the global opportunity in all those markets we have massive potential for those with a little patience. Importantly and it is important, there is no policeman/authority that says a share is under or over valued, no one, if sentiment and folk buy shares it'll keep rising and vice versa. So when working out a valuation it is only relevant at that moment in time, VRS a great example of how some try to value a share and get it totally wrong. Aim is more complicated than pe ratios, etc otherwise every share would be calculated on simple metrics, Aim's metrics are far removed from ftsee100 ratios, and that to most is an advantage if you can get your head around it . The drivers for the sp here are numerous, and should be on going once they start , hang in there, it should be fun, I've put my money on it along with many others👍
