worth waiting before trying to work out that trade imo..sp has not moved, and was rising following the printing of it....a number of possibiities but a straight sell at that price is unlikley ...just my view, let's see what else is printed , ....not all trades are simply buys or sells or are all printed as complete trades :-)

not me, exactly what the bb is for....and appreciate your reply. Markets are as poor as I've known for many years and the general state of affairs is negatively affecting prices across the board, from past experience the good companies with real products and a future bounce up faster and longer , I class CPX in that category and as it is impossible to gauge the bottom of any general market move down I simply sit with my holding in tact and will await the market recovery in time, rightly or wrongly thats my view and strategy in these times and if the opportunity arises I will llikely add a few here as we go forward, I'll let you know too when I do :-)

I appreciate that Mr Parkez, likewise, I was only asking as it does appear you wish to share your concerns and why not, particularly on any news worthy item, we all need to be aware and sharing info is ideal and exactly what the bb is for..I was just trying to gauge how you viewed the Murata issue in the 'whole' rather than as a sinle piece of the jigsawe...no malice intended whatsover, sometimes the sentiment gets lost in the bb writings

my view, if it helps, is I have no major concerns , will not be selling any of my holding, certainly not at this level and I will consider adding further :-)

maybe just maybe and I'm ony saying maybe, but maybe, just maybe there are a few dots to join and a bigger picture to consider than the Maruta aspect alone......and maybe , just maybe the moves over recent weeks, TDK spire Apple etc and the small matter of a raise at only an 8% discount in this market tha twas fully subscribed too may just may provide a more positive outlook when considering the whole business.......it's easy to spread concern and lose sight of the BIGGER picture...maybe, just maybe ;-)

yup, exactly and therefore clearly a good move and each step improves the bottom line, again.in large chunks.;-)

we have £2mill+ debt wiped out with a further conversion following the last one at 5 x the sp, that is simply very good news...agm will allow further conversion and the terms etc adjusted for the' 570 Disapplication of pre-emption rights: directors acting under general authorisation'.....step by step and has improved the bottom line :-)

exactly £2 mil+ debt wiped out, that's excellent and clearly with the agm resolutions passed it will allow remainder etc and possibly at a higher sp than today ..a lot to like :-)

for remaining holders to convert and at 5x current, could be more :-)

I think you'll find we need the agm resoluton re added shares to allow bonds to be converted, cant convert bonds into shares if none around.....and a further conversion could well be at a higher than 5 x sp....keep watching :-)

they don't have to convert at this level if they don't want..however,, the next clue is the agm resolution and to have another £2 mill at 5 x the current sp with the remainder very likley (forced, as it's prudent to do so) after the agm, if not before, importantly we need the agm resolution to ensure full bond holder conversion me thinks :-)

bb's are often a great place to discover a company and the more info posted the better as it informs and equally reminds of the investment case. The odd negative poster even has there place, as either they raise vaild points or they don't as each issue can be discussed and dealt with, what a bb is for imo.
By far the majority are invested for growth and do not play the short game and clearly now is not the time to be short on CPX going forward, we are I am sure all expecting a very decent piipeline of news over coming weeks and months . We clearly have very decent funds in the bank, products and orders being worked, are now starting to establish our name with the big league players and becoming the 'go to' people in the industry.

The sp performance has been affected (dragged down ) more by general mkt conditions, as have the majority over past year, rather than any specific cpx issue, and therefore imo offers excellent value at current level. I am sure most of us would have expected closer to 20p , however,the general mkts have been tough this year and many companies have cheaper valuations than expected to date.

We are all invested here, this bb is a good place to promote the investment case for CPX, and it is a very good one compared to many on Aim imo, so I for one would like to see the informative posters continue and we all have various views and skills/opinions and typically it 's what makes a good bb that in reality has a part to play on our investment. You earned the money invested here, we all want it to work, CPX are developing the company, and doing well, so promote it, defend it, politely, and help others realise the very good case here that they too may benefit from an investment in CPX, we can all be winners, and particularly at just 8p...............sermon over :-)
