strategic funding or off taker (s) or jorc released in stages would keep the sp boiling up nicely over coming weeks and ultimately any news re a sale of partial sale would provide even further momentum to the sp, particularly at our only £5mill mcap with the potential value here over a 15-20yr mine life and the need for Tantalum etc.....this could get exciting from this level :-)

took it to mean during or by end of Q2...typically ime when any Q is mentioned it is by end of, anything before I would regard as a bonus. On a purely sp basis I would also prefer the majority of any overhang cleared before news is released to mkt :-)

the sea of blue in past few days clearing the overhang at near on 20% higher than the raise at 1.7p suggests that the early birds have seen the potential from here and can see much greater value in coming weeks, I would suggest, as I'm sure you know, that the strategic funding potential and off taker news for such an essential and valuable product such as tantalum will boost the sp by some margin, add in an expected jorc to seal the deal and there are very many reasons the sp has risen from the raise announcement a day ago and we have buyers hoovering up the small free float

raise was at 1.70p sp shot up over 2p, that's confidence, now the overhang is clearing at over 1.90 -2p, more confidence and we are nearing the completion of deals and funding , operations, potential sale etc....been a while coming but at last there looks to be a very good result ahead and a re rate of the sp back up to levels many will feel more comfortable with, and an mcap of just £5mill with small free float,a great deal more upside than down from these levels over coming weeks :-)

with respect max, ceo buying shares can be a red herring, look at RP at pcge, 'huge stake'officially, DL in any company he promotes, AB and PJ at RGM etc etc etc all see sp falls as they move out through back door trades etc..if you use ceo buys as a guide you will be missled on Aim more often than not.......many other examples exist and TR1's are often used to buid 'false' confidence, as many of us know :-)

the market always catches on after the story unfolds, not before, as you know, the herd also arrives after the story is released not before, as you know, so the market is reacts it never anticipates at the early stage where the shrewd investor positions ahead of these moves as you know.:-)

rather than a screen of sells it's been a buying spree...that's a massive positive and maybe provides a big clue to the expectations here over coming weeks....KZG at just £5 mill mcap could be one of Aims big surprises :-)

than the past three or four, as we were aware the short play closed out at 5.4p, the known seller transferred his stock, the combination of which, along with a general push down on mkts some days, helped steer the sp to 4.95p !
So an +8% rise Wednesday, a further +12% Thursday and a further +4% gain Friday combined to make it a much better week and currenty no CPX specific brakes on the sp that I can see to prevent a run up to an sp where we are more comfortable..... and I'm sure those who subscribed for the 8.5p shares a few weeks ago for £1.75 million will feel the same as the sp aim's to climb above that level once again for the first time since they were secured....interesting weeks ahead imo :-)

Nickel..you're persistent and clearly woud like to buy in as cheap as possible , I get that, however, the chances of a fund raise at these levels are minimal, the bod have large personal stakes here,some with over 50% of their personal wealth invested at these prices and the BOD have a great track record to date of building and developing the business. The increased cash flow, the current deals and the future prospects all indicate the sp at these levels is behind the news flow of recent weeks by some margin.
The trading mechanics do not always provide for an sp to reflect the true value at times, SML is currently suffering from such at present. The sp has been suppressed by fiistly a short play for some time, imo and then a cash in on profits in the rise from 1.20p to current and the unfortunate CF sell off a week or two ago all combined to ensure a break on the sp despite the very good fundamenta news flow. There is probaly a few more shares for the 'seller' to release here, but each day gets closer to a free running sp and the coiled spring of fundamental good news provided will be reflected in the sp soon,imo...IF and it's a big if funds are required any dilution would very likley imo be at a much much hgher price. In reality the fundamentals, the prospects and the cash flow and further expectatations of cash all point to a non dilutive funding ....watch this space :-)
