What does stipulation mean in legal terms?
In United States law, a stipulation is a formal legal acknowledgment and agreement made between opposing parties before a pending hearing or trial. 26.4

on the contrary....the clues are there ,maybe they have taken stock before they are prevened?, if they sold before the drop they have invested back in at 13p, maybe before any rise and before news can be released.......the US customer, as clearly stated in the RNS is included in discussions about alternative uses etc of the tech and others....

just my guess but why not slice higher as todays news is rubber stamping our patent, that is massive news....are they slicing early profits for one and accumulating for another , therefore satisfying both parties with a view all gain over coming sessions...this sp should be serioulsy higher thna this on todays news, it truly is a global use of our IP and not just for todays court room boys but for all producers ...a lot more to come here :-)
