The Company's unaudited cash position at 31 July 2019 was £7.0m, an increase of £0.8m since 31 January 2019 (31 July 2018: £10.7m). The Group still expects to have around £6.0m of cash in hand at 31 December 2019.

if..there's a buy out it will likely be by gaining shares by stealth initially over a period of time......

buyers and sellers are just that no matter pi or iii, however, if you are a large buyer then typically you will be buying in stealth mode, blocks at a time (mm's have limits before sp pushes up or down) to ensure you do not buy on incresing levels equally a large seller will do just the same.. a managed entry and exit ensures a smoother trade and better price either way..in short a larger trade (iii) should be easier to manage than a mass of pi volatile trades hitting at the same time, and therefore it is generally seen as a more orderly state of affairs with iii's...always exceptions but thats the general thrust so I for one am happy with iii situation and they also tend to be less emotional than us, again often a more stable situation in general :-)

nominee, iii, are all increased holdings in lil ol #CPX that now only has a £15mill mcap......whatever anyone's take it is simply folk, both pi and iii taking increased and larger holdings in CPX....all parties clearly see potential upside from here, a lot of upside maybe :-)
