Is the best way to describe this!
They will have said nothing. They really are not that stupid. Any announcement will be made via RNS to the wider market.

We are entering into holiday period now so things could remain very quiet for a while!
Perhaps! I also have a few ideas but it could be anything and I am now tired of researching and there are probably plenty of other companies that I have not even heard of. However, If it does go ahead I think the board have chosen a good growth sector and this could come very good for those that are prepared to hold although some may want out on the first bounce. Slack is now valued at $2 billion and it has not taken them long to achieve this figure and they are vastly expand their user base. I have a funny feeling we may need to wait until August which may not actually be a bad thing considering current market conditions.
Will be very interesting to see what comes of this. If it is a stand alone social media network that is not taking content from facebook, twitter or any other site, it will most certainly have a rapidly growing user base or it would not be an attractive proposition! It's hard to pin point a company as most social media start-ups spin out of the US so this limits options but it will most likely be based in UK, Europe or Israel or they would float outside the UK. If it is a peer2peer network that allows users to share content, how do they make money and are they already profitable? If they are making money and trying to expand globally, this could be very exciting!
Watch cleeve capital as it should come out of suspension very soon and will go live again as SSW. This will be an interesting one to watch as SSW will join AIM through a reverse takeover of cash shell cleeve so a very similar set up,
indeed!

Recent interview with Gervais Williams from Miton Group… Worth watching!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Drp8IRouD3s
Hey Vanvagabond, Yes, I have done my research and I like everything I see! As many people have already commented, the upside potential here is huge with relatively low risk. Those that are invested will realise just how illiquid the stock is so on good news, it should fly! The sector they are targeting does not worry me as I like the people behind the company but if does involve Gold, then I think we would be at a very good entry point with good growth potential as I do think 2015 will be a good year for Gold! Hey guys, Just wondering it anyone here is going to Zak's trading cafe on Tuesday evening? http://www.spreadbetmagazine.com/blog/join-zak-mir-in-a-free-trading-seminar-in-london-on-tuesday.html/ I often go but cannot make it on this occasion. The reason I ask is because Gervais Williams will be speaking and I am gutted that I will not be able to make it. Gervais is managing director of Mitin group and he is one of my favourite fund managers. Mitin hold a significant stake in auctus and his small cap fund has won numerous awards over the years and he may be able to provide some more information on Auctus Growth. I am currently reading his book, 'the future is small' which also contains a foreword write up by Luke Johnson, chairman at risk capital partners, he managed the reverse takeover for Pizza express. Obviously, I don't think Gervais will be able to say much but the fact the he has invested interest here is a big deal as he usually calls it right. His new book is definitely worth reading.

The purpose of the listing in the first place was to generate funds to spend on advertising. It will not be long before people start to become more aware of how competitive the exchange rates on offer are. They remain 1st choice on money supermarket and consumer awareness is rising with TV advertising planned soon. This has huge growth potential, few overheads, and an account can be set up in 15 seconds. There is a great management team in place that were previously Directors at Morgan stanley. One for the SIPP and should offer good short term growth also.
Apart from few shares in issue, a good board of directors and no debt, are there any other good reasons why people should invest in this company? Why is this going to be the next WRN?
