I’m sure DC/lvcg/accountants are all fully aware of time scale/requirements.

I cannot see we would delist due to their incompetence, not submitting in time. Seriously 😒

Eddie, think the RNS was just for reassurance after yesterday, ii sending out emails ref delisting.

Personally I was quite pleased.

Further to the announcement on 29 December 2023 where the Company outlined its financial position and provided further information with regards to its business activities and the publication of its accounts, LVCG re-iterates that it is in the process of finalising its overdue Audited and Interim accounts with completion envisaged by end of January 2024.

It’s obvious some investors are frustrated and rightly so, however, I believe we will be rewarded soon enough,! Looking forward to what info we’ll receive on 23rd, hopefully morel can be lifted.
