Disappointing but expected. Chin up though, as I can see no more then one more day of these shenanigans. We had volume of 5.8m yesterday ad 5.5m today. That is without any delayed trades showing.

We should be fully rid of Sandabel tomorrow, and then back to a more trade aligned book with no overhand or ready available feed from market makers.

When you think the draw down was for a measly £1m only, it has now removed £3m off the market cap.

Yes, and now they have the 6.26 bid print today for conversion, anything sold above that is profit for them. No one else has that low bid to sell, so it is all Sandabel, which are now disguised not in round number sells, but odd numbers.

Agree, Sefton should have converted them the same day he had draw down. Not only would that have meant a conversion at the previous three days average, which from memory was lowest at 7.65 I believe, it would have not left the book open to Sandabels destruction.

The no shorting clause is negotiated to be put into the documentation. It looks to me like Sefton may have touched upon it in discussions, but the old arm around the shoulder from Mattaru / Sandhu, saying trust me Sefton we will not do anything to hurt the share price and are supportive, was enough for our board at the time.

Moral of the story, check your pockets after rubbing shoulders with these types.

Only one detail when you have a conversion set at low bid average over three days - No shorting clause.

Very simple, and I bet Sandhu was well chuffed when he saw it was omitted.

Specifically remember the name Sandabel Capital. If they are mentioned in any deal, time to walk away.

Looks like what they wanted is now achieved, at cost to shareholders as usual. Should see a bounce from here.

Dirty games from Sandabel, they have again got the low bid if 6.315 printed. Seftons punishment to them for only allowing a conversion of £750k instead of the full £1m has back fired. All they have done is get the same print of the bid today for next conversion at same price as first one.

I expect them to ask for conversion of the last £250k tomorrow or the next day.

Market makers have also made it easy for them, 1.8m volume and they allow a pull back of -8%, with no supporting bid mm.

I am just glad we only took £1m off Sandabel, imagine if we went in deeper on draw down. It is painful to watch, but best let them get on with it and complete the process. I have taken two more longs at 6.50.

1stTee, well done on average price and amount invested. Hopefully you will see significant improvement of that holding soon. I think my average is down at 6.74 at the moment, and took advantage of last weeks price fluctuations to get it down there.

We all know this CLN story is temporary, as I cannot see Sefton using this facility after the debacle of the public short, and his inability to be market aware, and place a no shorting clause into the contract at the beginning. IMO Sandabel are now on fumes of the last soon to be conversion of 4m shares. Once worked through the book, you should see JBER more on the high bid then it has been in the last two weeks.

Hence I say patience play now to see the position done and dusted today or latest tomorrow.

I think you will find this is the last £250k conversion being sold forward, with Sandabel eyes low bid for conversion as before. So far 6.505 is printed, not sure why they would want any lower, only a few pounds in it really. Hopefully we will see them done and dusted today, patience play here, and take advantage of the ask if possible.

It sure is good news, and I guess not bad going here. We have washed through 11m odd conversion shares in a little over a week via the short. All we have left is second conversion, which is around 3.5m-4m shares max. Lets see if any delayed trades pop up for yesterday, these large ones are always a day late to show.

What is for sure though, we are almost at normal book here, and these prices are not going to hold down here too long.

Agree theiceberg, my communications with him today have also been productive. One thing for sure, Sandabel have burnt the bridges for any further use of the facility. And that is great news!!

Looking for a delayed print of 3.5 to 4m at some point to confirm £250k washed through.

So now that whole saga is gone now, what is next. They have a conversion of £250k still to flush through / forward. If the low bid of 6.31 is again used, then that is roughly 4m shares. So depending on conversion price, it will be anywhere between 3.5m shares to 4m top end.

That can be done in one session or maybe two at the most. We all know how much they have dumped into low volumes last week, so liquidity is no issue. Shackles are coming off, and it is due to shareholders getting active here, otherwise DS would not have known.

Check 23rd, that 5m was Sandabel.

Good news they are now out.

NET means 0.5 declarable, so no short actually.

Forget the £750k, the shares for that have already been dumped last week and the conversion received on 29th will simply be paid back to lender. Major dumps at 7.10 and 6.59 last week, give them profit on returning the 6.30 owed shares Thursday.

The only thing happening now is that the £250k is being flushed before conversion. That is minimal amount and will take a day or two at best to wash through.

I think Sandabel now have a idea that AAOG will not touch them again, so no point in holding stock etc. They have gone for the grab the last dime and move on. Which is good news to shareholders.

DS will not use them again!!

I believe that the agreement was for only £750k conversion instead of the full £1m, as a small punishment to Sandabel. The £250k outstanding is on a no short agreement going forward. This agreement takes place on the markets today apparently, but that is up for debate.

What we are sure of today, is that Sandabel blew their load last week and only managed to get down to 6.30 in the end. The £250k left to convert is no issue now IMO, but I certainly would like to see it converted at a high sp then the bigger tranche today.

All fun and games I guess, but we are more or less on the open road soon.

Anytime Washers, it is not the best outcome, but at least we will be shot of Sandabel and their CLN's after the last tranche is converted. We have flushed through 11m odd in one week, and that was basically on low volumes as well.

Pain is done, now for some reward as we drill deeper and finally have this handbrake almost removed.
